What is RATO?

A French shop specializing in football collectibles: modern and vintage cards, sealed products, Panini albums, magazines, tickets, programmes and memorabilia.

Who sells the items?

RATO only. All items come from our own stock: there are no third-party sellers. We select, inspect, photograph and ship each item ourselves.

Buying

How can I find out the condition of an item?

Each product page shows actual photos of the item being sold and describes its condition, including any defects. If in doubt, ask us for photos or further details before buying.

Are the products new?

Not necessarily. Sealed products are new. Most collectibles (cards, albums, magazines, programmes, etc.) are second-hand: their condition is indicated on each page.

Delivery

How are the items shipped?

Each parcel is carefully prepared to protect the item during transport. The available delivery methods and their prices are displayed at checkout.

Returns and problems

Can I return an item?

Yes, under the terms and conditions set out in our refund policy.

What should I do if there's a problem upon delivery?

• Keep the parcel and the packaging.
• Take photos of the parcel, the label and the item.
• Contact us with your order number and explain the problem.
